I am 20 years old. I have a mass on my right dosal rist. I have done quite a bit of research and I believe it to be a Giant Mass Cell tumor. I went to my primary care doctor three times, all with the diagnosis of a GCT. The original diagnoses occured when the mass was about the size of a marble, it is much bigger and more painful. I cant move my wrist normally anymore. I am going to my primary care dr. this Friday this time to request a referal to see an orthopedic surgeon. My primary care dr. did not perform any tests on me to find out what the mass is, she only went on palpation and told me to brace it and take motrin twice a day; bothe of witch have yielded no results. Please if you can give me any insight it would be well appreciated. Thank you.
