Denosumab and insurance

Hi all. I'm just curious if the denosumab trial is covered by insurance since it is still an experimental drug. Any thoughts?

Since denosumab is still in clinical trials, the costs of the treatments are picked up by Amgen (the drug manufacturer). Insurance tends to pick up the costs of the doctor visits, etc.
